How to create a car battery with 32140 celss

These days you can buy LifePo already all done as an H8 for example. But here is something else interesting. Remember wifey totalled the Audi A4 and I replaced it with used plain Jane BMW 3 series ex-rental non hybrid 6 months ago. So yesterday I did our first oil change to it. A pleasant surprise was that there were only 2 tools needed! Was the fastest oil and filter change on modern cars. Anyway in that new to us car there is a H7 or H8 AGM battery in the trunk where the spare tire should be. But on passenger side towards the cab, there is a second small 12V 10Ah Lithium of some sort battery! I have no idea what it does, but the car runs fine without it at least up on the hoist. Maybe it is for the Start-Stop... got no idea (yet).
Why would you use 32140 cells? Just thinking about it to build this battery makes my head spin.

Battery Hookup has this type of battery packs and bought one was defective because of one battery cell rail was bad and they had two 18650 on top of each other with fish tape but I do not think 18650 are big enough in diameter to handle the current for a car application now you can find 32650 and a lot longer but they are a lot more expensive than 18650 ones

I want the battery case to be the same size as a car battery
