Here is update. The device is revived. I used an adjustable regulator with 1.3v as output. Other things i've done is some ldo replacement and emmc reball as well.

This is the most probable pinouts.

I did a bit of research and found the most suitable pinouts, but I need to know which voltage the output is. It is placed near the CPU. This is a Chinese Android Karaoke box. The problem is its dead with only charging light. I did replaced some other broken LDOs. This one seems to be shorted ground pin to output with 26ohm. I removed it to check and it is still shorted.

Anyone knows what component is this? seems like a LDO. And where might i buy it? It seems to be shorted. its a 5 pin smd component with marking 12BE
