Help identifying this component and its datasheet please

Hi All,
I believe it to be a TRIAC on TO-252 package, but O might be wrong.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated

This turned up in a Google search, but the link to the description is now dead:

Anyway, it was described as "BTB04-1211D 600V 4A Original imported two-way thyristor patch MOS tube TO-252 in stock - Taobao".

I guess that makes it a TRIAC.

truclacicr yep that is perfect. Thank you. That is the faulty component as well so just got to try and locate a replica
