    What are these components?

    Hello,

I've observed these components on various boards in televisions and do not know what they are.

    Capacitors?

    Satisfy my curiosity, please.

    Thanks in advance.

Those are SMD Electrolytic capacitors, may be 100uF 10V. Have to do more research on numbering system.

      yes they are caps.
dont ask me how to decode them though, im used to decoding the condensers that old valve radios use.

They're capacitors mounted by the factory in a plastic bottom that makes them easier to be placed automatically by pick and place machines on boards.

The 1000 makes me think it's 1000uF, the 10T makes me think tof the voltage rating, 10v.
Usually, when the diameter is large enough, the values are straight forward, like it probably is in this case.
On smaller capacitors sometimes the voltage rating is specified using only one lowercase letter.

budm, I don't think they're 100uF because from the picture you can tell they're quite large and ... if it was 100uF then it would say 100 or at least 101 (10 x 10^1 = 100)

I could not tell from the picture to know the Dia. of the cap, so yes, it may be 1000.
