1. Is there anything like a scanner for motherboard circuits?

2. If there is, then.. What is the good brand and the most affordable brand for it?

are such tools exist/possible? i tought we need an x-ray scanner for scanning a multilayer pcb (with or without the component's on it).

days are so short when you actually do something..
