Should be a poly-fuse that automatically recovers when the short is removed - used mainly for protecting the 5V power on external ports. If it does not conduct, replace it.
If you have a failed polyfuse on a video card, you need to find the failure that caused excessive current through it before bothering to find a replacement.
With only two "7", you may not be able to determine the brand but do you need to? All you really need is to decipher the current rating which "Might" be 7A, or maybe less depending on where it is you might be able to estimate the current in that subcircuit. So once you figure out the current expected and why it blew(?), measure the physical size and compare to the spec sheets at Digikey or wherever you prefer to buy the replacement.
Hi everybody just wondered why when i post pics they end up upside down?
i also tried rotating them so they were upside down when i posted them and they were still upside down confused?
It weighs in at about 93 pounds very impressive build but it weighs too much to be practical for portability reasons but it can be done very interesting video
Looking for some advice changed over the video input board due to bad hdmi ports but now the picture is upside down tried the service menu but can't find anything to do with flip the picture..
Is there anything I can do to flip the picture or do I need to change the board again..
