Help sourcing an IC number is MT3058

    Hi guys.

I need to source an IC made by M3Tek (I believe its part of MetiaTek), IC number is MT3058.

    It's a step-down converter for a Ubiquiti U6-LR.

There is literally zero info on the internet about this, nor any datasheets.
Probably an NDA has been signed.

Or if any of you know if a pin-to-pin direct compatible IC.

    Thanks.

Yes that's the ONLY info I found online too
      But nothing else online.

Nobody sells it. And no substitute pin for pin.

well its a datasheet so try using filters on your favourite component sellers parts list .

Sorry my bad. I didn't even notice the weblink before.

                Thanks guys.
                Datasheet has no pinouts.
I'll see what I can do.

Unless I'm going blind, there's only 1 page to the PDF.

That doesn't match the actual item pinout. See picture I have attached.

Looking at the footprint, voltage, amps, MHz etc, the next best thing I found is this. But I doubt the pin functionality is a match. Make or break LOL.

There is a MT3125 which might be similar, it is a qfn 3x3 16 pin the only other similar one they list is a MT3123 but has no pinout.

Thanks. It the footprint pins is different than what's on the PCB.

Looking at the pad connections, this actually looks like a compatible one. Very nice find. I'll try it and let you guys know. Thanks!!
