Hello colleagues, I need help with this Lenovo notebook. Something strange is happening to me. I'll explain: the machine works perfectly, but it has a very strange issue. Sometimes it turns on perfectly and displays an image on the screen, other times the backlight turns on but there is no image, but it displays a perfect image again if I connect an HDMI cable. I disconnect it and the first 2 or 3 times it turns on without any problems. It's not a short to ground. The strange thing is that it doesn't happen all the time, just sometimes, and it bothers the customer a lot. I don't know if it's something in the BIOS (I updated it using Insyde from Lenovo). I haven't edited the BIOS or anything! So as not to lose the SN or Windows serial number, does anyone have any ideas? I open the game Chernobylite 2 Exclusion Zone and it works perfectly, both the GPU and the GPUi! Thank you very much. I hope you understand my problem and my battle with this Lenovo! When it's not Lenovo making technicians curse! Hahaha.
