Short out pins 3 and 4 of the little black square located here:

Disconnect the LVDS cable (the one that connects the control Board to the main board.

        Power on the tv.

        Do you get test patterns?

Control board, in the centre of the Tv has lots of white ribbon cables coming out of it going to the panel and sustain boards.

I disconnected the Ribbon cable that connect the Main to logic

Shorted Pin 3 and 4 on the Logic board

Powered Set on and still received Black screen no test pattern ..What that mean

It means that there's a good chance that the mainboard is working.
If you got test patterns then your new mainboard would be faulty.

In a dark room, Does the panel glow?

Is there a LED on the control board?
If so Does it blink every second or every 6 seconds?

what voltage do you have for

                            VSCAN
                            VSCH
                            (located y-sus)

                            VE
                            {located on x-main)

I repaired a Samsung PS50B430 TV that internally looks almost identical to this.
Same symptoms, good vs va vsc and ve.

Luckily though I had a spare control board from a PS42B430 lying about.

Changing the control board fixed the problem.

Basically you will need a scope to troubleshoot this further,
or take a chance and buy a control board.

So what you saying is there a good chance that My Logic board is gone even with the Green LED flashing .?

I am trying to understand is the VSCAN voltage is the only way to tell if the Y main is bad ?

I also have access to scope but what should i do or test , Simply not sure what to look for

I found this video as well and done all the steps except at Minute 3:26 where i was suppose to get test pic i did not see any thing displayed on the screen at all ,
