if nobody can help, i have extracted update from web but its a mess... many combinations available
it seems to me that this board have main rom, pch and ec....

if there is no help from others, read chips and post here and i will cook something for you

So, in this case, it is not a bios issue. i cant go inside bios and cant boot, this is the problem of my toshiba. what to do , any idea and advice... thanks.
