What model is your programmer, try reading as 25Q128JW (1.8V) if its in the support list, and untick check-id ,and when writing back later untick verifyOriginally posted by macadam View PostComment

Hello. On my computer the caps lock light is on and the power light is blinking. I tried all the bios files on this site. When I try to write bios with CH341a, I get this error : "chip main memory with the contents are in disagreement" . I'm getting the same error from the bios file on the Lenovo site. Even when I restore the original bios file that I backed up, I get the same error. Please help.

I have flashed the bios from post #2 , and it worked for me even if the reader failed to verify the read and write actions. laptop works now. thanks
