On this dump, diode are flashing.

After uploading from this thread:

it starts and hangs on logo.
There are signs of interference.

You file size is very large 65MB! how many chips you have 1 or 2?
try to read the chips again and write your service tag.

I used the bin file to write to my bios chip for Precision 5570 when I plug the laptop up the dell icon is displayed but nothing happens but high fans then reboot with 6 battery indicator LEDs flashing 6 times amber colored and then all 6 LEDs flashing 3 times white. The laptop then has white screen and the screen color test then reboots doing the same
