just replace the isl and other parts, take it from there .

Hi sir thanks for the kind reply.
I checked PU3 boardview and what i discovered is pin19 CSIP is short with gnd i set multi-meter on continuity mode and set the black probe on gnd and with red probe i checked each leg and come to know that pin19 is conflicting with gnd buzzing.

Can that be the cause.

Remove PU3 and then messure again if is there short to gnd.
it can be also PD10 or in the VA2 line

take off the isl and test the pin/pad 19 on the board again

Removed ic the pin19 short is gone.

I tried starting it up without the ic still when i press power the orange light blinks 4 times.

Going back to thermal camera when i press power button i se ic u13 gets little heated when blinking orange led stops heat goes away

The ic pin19 when i took it out i tried to se if gnd and pin19 beeps and it dont also with the ic out on the pads i tested same its ok soon as i put that ic back in it beeps pin19.

What do you make of it.

I have 0v on few areas and i think my target problem may be
winbond wpce775la0dg

Can that cause loss voltage orange blinking light

If you start probing around the kbc you might short it out. I`m almost certain the replacemnt isl will fix it ,and if it doesn`t let us know,and we`ll try and help further.

Ok update OMG.

I have a blue light wow.
You guys was right it was the isl.
I had another notebook with isl inside got it out replaced and bang soon as i connected the dc the blue light on power button appeared so i pressed it and main power led blue comes on.
