Ok guys, this radio was in my boat when purchased, loved it but after about a year it started randomly scanning through the menus and would stop playing intermittently until it died altogether. I bought a new one, have had it for 3 years without a issue, until a rushed battery reconfiguration (there's 5) had one of the amps get both positive and negative connected to the hot and it let the smoke out while burning a hole through the board. Thinking the old radios issue was in the faceplate, I swapped boards and in my drive it worked. I launched and made it a mile before it started scanning again and then quit. Once home, it came back on but will start scanning after a few minutes, but won't stop playing music. I've looked everywhere online for a electric schematic of the board but nothing. I still have the other one that has everything still good, just that one particular hole. Any ideas what is the culprit? I really don't want to dump another 500+ on a new one.. Again. Thanks
