Asus X550VX not power on

Hello friends .
Asus X550VX not power on.

PWR_LED+ on / CHG_LED+ off / HDD_LED+ off / WLAN_LED+ Dim / NUM_LED+ on / CAP_LED+ on.

PSU = 19v and only 0.06 amp taken , no variations after press button too.

THis lap come to me with coil Ram short to ground ( Ram on board ) , so i disable ram and the short is gone.After that try to power on but no way .

This is the measures that i take.


Swich circuit OK.
PU8900
6=ACDET=2.6v
5= ACOK =3.04v
28= VCC =19v
24= REGN =6v

RTC circuit OK.
RTCRST = 3.09v
SRTCRST = 3.09v
+3VA_RTC = 3.09v

+3VSUS = 3.4v
+5VSUS = 5v

14 = EC_RST = 3.3v
66= PM_SLP_SUS = 3.4v
97 = DPWROK_EC = 3.3v
86 = VSUS_ON = 3.3v
67 = 3VSUS_PWRGD =3.3v
96 = PM_RSMRST_ = 3.3v
72 = A_D_MAX_POWER = 2.8v
56 PM_PWRBTN_ = 3v
110 =EC_GPB3 ( pwr sw ) = 3v /0v/3v
35 = PM_SUSB = 3.4v
57 = PM_SUSC = 3.4v
82 = SUSC_EC ( EC_GPE1 ) = 3.3v

22 = BUF_PLT_RST = 0V

I clean bios too but still the same...what to check else..thank you.

many of disable ram guides not work. better repair that ram issue
