i have HP 15 DAY11AMB6E0 mothrboar ....when i press power switch blink LED neer power slot...no power on...is it possible to have a bios problem? no 3v on bios chip pins. after removed bios chip there is 3v on mothreboard at that place. plz help me.

check all big grey coils for voltage vhen push power button, and for short to ground

Es posible que estes usando un fuente para alimentar los +VA_AC, de ser así deberias usar un cargador original, que alimente AD_ID. En PL21 debes tener 3.3v y PL20 5V..
