Looking for equivalent for a MOSFET

Hi guys,
I am fixing a motherboard and I have a shorted Mosfet. I am not able to find anything in Canada. It's a Toshiba TPCC8131. Could you please tell me if you can find an equivalent on Digikey or Moser?

Hi, I found another exact board which uses another part number at that location. I attached a picture. Please help me to find an equlivant on Digikey.com or Moser.com.

Hmm.... tson advanced 8 packaging? Hmmm... You could maybe use this..

It's a Power-33-8 form factor, but it's footprint is the same as the tson advanced 8 it seems. (3.3x3.3x0.8mm) Pinout seems the same as well..
What do you guys think? Spec wise I think it might work, but I might be overlooking some stuff.. (Probably am)
