Possibly burnt/damaged component U100 on RX460 - can anyone identify?

    Hi guys
Can anyone identify this component U100

See the video at 38mins 20secs (microscope close-up)
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lgQirxbbov4

It connects to the SMRESET signal coming in from the PCIe pin 11 and is presumably a logical AND gate or dual transistor/FET

    Thanks
    Rich

    Dicky,

I have two of those exact cards, 1 working and 1 dead.

The resistor does not go across them two pins but goes down instead, see attached image

If you want me to measure anything or take photos of the area with possible parts missing let me know

Just noticed another resistor missing below the 1st one and u100 has the same markings as the working card so don't think it is a burn/scorch mark

        Thanks Brian
Having a god working one in front of you is better than me working out how it should work based on theory alone

I don't think I did bad though all things considered

Yes that is the part - anyone know what it is and any advice if it is damaged or not? It's a bit clearer to see on the original video, make sure you select 1080p in Youtube

Yes if you could take some wider field pics of hte whole area, I seem to have several missing components though I did get the GPU to power up now.

Also if you have the time to measure the values of the resistors you already know I have missing already that would be helpful

            Thanks again

Will get photos and measurements for you tomorrow, do you need and voltage measurements?

                    Hi Dicky,

The top one is a 10 k and the bottom is 0 ohm.

I will get some readings from u100 later for you to compare to.
