Ue55es6800 panel fault?

Hi picked up this 55 inch tv today for £20 person told me it had ghosting and darker on right hand side he got told could be tcon board so got it home plugged it in and looked fine then after it was on for 5 minutes I noticed lines going across the bottom of the screen I've reseated all cables etc in hope one may of got dislodged somehow but still the same so now thinking panel failure any ideas?

Does this TV have side tabs ? It does look like driver failure.

Just had another look at the tcon board and seen this component has fallen off would this cause the lines and ghosting etc?

No, you can see that you have 4 of those ferrite beads all connected in parallel to chassis GND in that section. Yo can easily check the resistance of those ferrite beads, it will be like dead shorts.
