    Sony bravia KDL-48W585B

    Hi. I have this tv and the main board failed it was just flashing red. Ordered a new board (ebay) fitted it and tv now flashes green and amber tv screen does flicker for a second when power up is attempted but stays flashing green and amber on the power light I cannot do anything with it via remote or side buttons. All help and suggestions greatfully received and thank you in advance.

    Go to Sony website. Download firmware for your model. Unzip to USB stick. Turn on tv and put USB in tv. Wait 45 mins.
    Did I leave the soldering iron on?

        All fixed thank you very much only took 3 mins after I plugged USB into tv.
