how many chips did u have on your computer this one is EC i need both one EC and Main généraly the me is stored on Main !!
the file that you sent dont have any ME.

Did both the chips with your cleared files. Now I get a reboot loop. Starts and shuts off and again the same. Noticed that pins 7 and 8 got shorted on the mainboard cause of the heating cycles... I do not think that causes any problem check schematics please

shorted means they are grounded, while i think u are referring to as bridged, as 7-8 are same pin and that's not a problem at all.

ofcourse wich chip are u talking about ? bios or ec ?

You are right, they are bridged! Both of them!
