I've merged your bios dump with official update. Should work if its bios issue. Update about result

Try this bios, its slightly different to the one @mcplslg123 posted. If it doesn`t work,i think your problem is somewhere else.

using this file display comes very fast but notebook can not be shutdown....every time need to press power button long to do that

try linux,if it shuts down ok then the problem is windows

tried that and reinstalled new version of win also but still same
