    reforming nos capacitors

Hello..I have some questions.I have some nos capacitors(siemens, sikorel ,rifa ,felsic) but I think i should reform Rifa peh169 63v 15000uf ones first.
1)They have datecodes but i do not know their meanings. Some of them have BN8 some of them BN9 and BP2.Can you estimate or calculate their ages?I shake them. Some of them sounds more lytic water and some of them have less. What is your commands ?
2)What is the most reliable voltage and resistor for reforming for my Rifas?
    Thank you very much.

    Re: reforming nos capacitors

Each manufacturer seem to have their own procedure for reforming/reconditioning. Have a look at these threads:

As for date codes, if they are not self explanatory, you have to look up the capacitors data sheets.
