Hi, i just bought some elna for audio caps. But with black caps.

    Elna 3300 Japan
    Elna 2

Someone can tell me, is it original elna or fake one?
Because i never see elna with black cap

    Best regards,

Yup, I heard that before. Real elna have --)- mark on it.

        Appears real to me.

Sometimes the manufacturer puts the discs there per a customer's order. If you are unsure, remove the disc and see if the vent stamp is there. The disc "floats" and is not attached to the cap body or sleeve.

These appear to be older caps. The new "For Audio" series is marked "TONEREX". See attachment.

I have seen two large Elna "FOR AUDIO" capacitors in a Yamaha CD player made in Japan in the early 90s.
Some audio-grade capacitors may have the audio equipment manufacturer's name on them e.g. JVC or Kenwood.
My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.
