    Toshiba 24D1333B2 - no display

Hello all - I'm a new to this forum so please be gentle.
My problem is a Toshiba 24D1333B2 with Vestel psu 17ips61-3 & motherboard 17MB95S-1
This TV died with the red/green flashing light problem reported elsewhere on this forum. I replaced all the diodes and, as a precaution, also the smoothing capacitors. My 'scope shows the supplies as smooth but slightly lower than nominal. Powered it up and still had the flashing light. Downloaded the firmware files (mb90_en.bin, mboot.bin, usb_auto_update_A1.txt) and installed them but now, no picture. The set responds to the remote, turning on (solid red -> a couple of red/green flashes -> solid green) and off (-> red). There is a 'flash' across the screen at switch on then nothing. The screen LEDs are definitely on. Pumping a HDMI signal in gives sound with volume controls working on the remote. I have no circuit for the motherboard. So, anybody any thoughts about where to start?

Can you get into the service menu?

Since you have a scope have you checked for any video signals on the lvds cable going to the t-con? There likely is a small fuse on the t-con, check the voltage on both sides of it

Thanks for your input. There are some video signals around but without a circuit diagram it's impossible to know what I'm looking at. Is there a circuit designation for the fuse or can you be a little more specific about its location?

Thanks for the interest. Having got the depth gauge, 2 x raspberry Pi, a disabled buggy and the missus birthday out of the way, I can return to the inlaws TV. I've had another poke around but not turned anything else up. The attached photos are all the pcbs and the t-con board. Any help is much appreciated and if greater detail is needed, just shout. Ta.

Is there a fuse on the Tcon board F1 alongside the white connector and if so can you check it for a) continuity and b) what voltage is there.
