UN40H5203AF no video with sound

Samsung UN40H5203AF TV with no video, no backlight, with sound.

I used a flashlight and did see a very dim picture on the screen so some kind of image is there.

On connector CNM803 on the PSU the pins that show 13V do have 13V.

I checked CNL802 which is supposed to have 151.8 (per the imprint on the PSU PCB).

The meter reads 205 volts.

I do not see any bulging caps on the PSU board.

Is this likely to be a failed PSU board?

You will get a lot more help if you upload good clear pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards.
What is the P/N of the power supply board? BN44-?????

Sorry, I was in a location that did not allow me to upload photos. I intended to do that as soon as I arrived home.

There are 2 BN44- numbers on this PSU board.

BN44-00769A & BN44-0769B

Didn't notice your board is A rev (part number embedded in sticker). You can find used boards on ebay searching by model number. Ebay has money-back guarantee forced onto sellers.

At this point the Voltage reading of over 200V indicates open circuit in the LED string.

So I would be looking at replacing the LED strips?
