Need help to identify components please

Hi Guys, anybody able to help identify the Mosfets as pictured, i havnt been able to find anything on the net, the quality isnt great unfortunately so when searching i might not be entering the correct info, lol, many thanks

The first one is AO447A, the second looks like 7121, one of these perhaps ? http://uk.farnell.com/vishay/si7121d...212/dp/1684060
Maybe get yourself one of these https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mini-Micr...Z/192411069528 so you don't have to struggle with image quality. I still use mine from time to time instead of my bench microscope.

Sorry, it's AO4407A, i missed the 0 in my original post and you're welcome. They are good bits of kit for identifying parts.
