EliteBook 8470p NOT working on Adapter, only on battery

Who can tell me what conditions must be met to obtain voltage ADP_EN on the transistor Q6009 page 4 in the scheme.
KBC does not releases this tension and i do not know the conditions it should received as a signal to release ADP_EN.

here you have schematic
it not fit 100% i have another revision. elitebook 8470p 6050A2466401-MB-A03


what I've done ...
PAGE 4 of Scheme
-Short between pins 2-3 on Q6009 transistor, i get voltage VADPBL but laptop does not start nor battery charging
-the U6000 BQ24736 I get 3.26v voltage on pin 5 ADP_DET
2.65V on the pin 6 ACDET
*missing voltage on pin7 ICS which later turns into CURRENT_ADC (I think one of the conditions necessary to obtain ADP_EN)
On battery laptop works perfectly

You havn`t given any information whatsoever about the tests you`ve already done. Give more details .
