Very good work tv stanbay light starts to start sound and images no output voltage is coming out but the lamps do not burn the mains socket is lit lamps

The lamps are on when the mains socket is removed

I think he means the backlights come on when the Main Bd jack is removed. I was not sure if this model TV has pull-up resistors on the PSU.
