Download the bios from the support page,open it with UEFITool , select "Action - Capsule - Extract Body" that will remove the 2KB CAPsule header leaving you with the 8,192KB 8MB bios

All with a UEFI bios,the software has different functions, extracting the body from the CAP file is just one of them.
