I wish I'd found this forum and thread at least 24 hours ago!
Working on two 2200E units with identical problems - blown components (IC, resistors, caps, fuse).
Will now also check all caps after reading this thread.
I need help identifying the blown components as they have basically disintegrated!
Anyone able to help with a service manual and/or circuit diagram with component listings?

Edit: Just checked the posted pics of the PCB which has helped to identify some of the components, so my thanks to the posters who took the time to upload them, but I cannot make out the markings on the IC U1.
Anyone able to shed any light on this?
