Nikon D5500 – what is this component pls ?

Hello, liquid damage for this Nikon. Do you know what is this component pls ? I can’t find it on the web.

pdate : I noticed, it’s not « 513 » but « 5J3 ». That should be a voltage regulato UM1750S-13. But I can’t fin it with the same square box…

Clean the residue off the board and the ic, it may still be ok, plus you can read the number better.
