Lenovo g490 - LA-9631P, power leakager from board to 5V line

Hello.
Have this Lenovo g490 - LA-9631P that have not functioning 5V line. it have 3,1V still on it even that is power switched and after removing coil it still ave 3V on side from board/chips/ and 0V from side of 5V power ic. so there must bea some leakege from board to that line. PSU shows 0.18W so liitle higher than normal

anybody have some tips where to start searching?

maybe that is normal in this laptop. remove U38 and D1 to find out.
