    Splitting micro usb to power 2 devices..

    Im trying to use a windows 10 tablet and xbox 360 kinect. im using their development software to write a new program. I need to power both but need the data lines can I just add a 5v source to the power wires and leave the rest?

    No you can't run 2 USB Devices on one Bus.
    You need a USB Hub to do this.

    I guess your Windows 10 tablet has a micro USB OTG port? Use something like this: eBay 4 Port Micro USB Power OTG Hub
