Please explain in detail. Does the laptop power on either with battery or charger ?. What basic troubleshooting steps you did follow ?. Where are the voltage measurement data ?


Without a detailed diagnosis report, i don't think that anybody will be bother to reply

Reprogramming the BIOS is not necessary if it doesn't turn on at all.
My best bet would be a dead battery.

You should give more details about the problem. Nobody is able to help with that.
Does it turn on with charger but doesn't charge the battery ?
