I'm at school here, and the teacher says that the printer tends to jam if whatever's being printed has a lot of black near the top (the edge that's fed first). For example, if printing a simple gradient from black to white, it will print fine if it prints the white first, but jam if printing black first.
Any ideas as to what would cause this?
Also, the web interface seems to be very slow (minutes) to respond, while it's instant on all of the other printers in the building.
