Re: SVI3206D Hybrid IC ( BC POWER MODULE BY SANYO)
after somes research i can'T finally determine if it can be the case of mosfet or igbt but it look definitively one of them ,, need motivation to takeover this project ,,
did i can only replace the 60 V rail by 12V rail low amp , just to test it without blowing anything ? , i fear this mini mig solder
Re: SVI3206D Hybrid IC ( BC POWER MODULE BY SANYO)
i have 2 of them , with an atmega168 tester sold on ebay the 2 that was not blown resulted that
firt one
second :
both 2 others was blown and not able to test them
i have put this project in standby because im temporary overdosed by theses SVi'S history
ME . SVI
i really sure that on a good road , the P-jfet is probably the P-MOS , and other is probably the N-MOS , i really hate retarded unidentified electronic parts
Re: SVI3206D Hybrid IC ( BC POWER MODULE BY SANYO)
long time not posted on this topic just to remind i have this amplifier again and again in standby mode , my transistor was a setup of darlington welcome smoke please dont delete this topic i will rework this subject soon '' C'est mon défi ''
Re: SVI3206D Hybrid IC ( BC POWER MODULE BY SANYO)
i will make other test with somes mosfet ans i will drop down voltage to make it more compatible with my parts maybe this power module will revive some day
Re: SVI3206D Hybrid IC ( BC POWER MODULE BY SANYO)
I was thinking about this concept recently, it would be excellent to be able to refurbish these STK and SVI IC packages!!!
Can you tell me how you opened the modules? Did you use heat to melt the glue? I have had no success trying so far, but I did get one open by cutting into it with a dremel, but that was a bit messy... :P
