They have the same italic font, similar color, all capitals, oval around the letters...

Hmmm. I'd always believed Fulltec were more or less a re-sleeved Fuhjyyu (like Asia'X and Jun Fool), as they seem to be nearly us unreliable and CWT seem to like using them both, but I never noticed the resemblance to HEC until now.I love putting bad caps and flat batteries in fire and watching them explode!!
