Want to replace electrolytic with polymer?

I have a video card here with crappy Skywell caps, and one of the lytics is a strange value, it's 510uF 4V. I should be able to replace it with a 270uF 4V poly cap right? the polymer reads:
    ULR
    4V
    270
    YZ

used to joke that they saved a fraction of a cent by leaving out the "i"

        I'm with kc8. I'd just go with a 560
I love putting bad caps and flat batteries in fire and watching them explode!!

No wonder it doesn't work! You installed the jumper wires backwards
