LG 60PV450-UA sound no picture - HELP

I have no picture but sound.
VS-TP 202v
VA-TP 55v
VSC 0v
VY 0v
VZB-9v

The logic board light is flashing.
My Z-Board has some dark spots on the board.
I used a replacement kit and changed a few FETS, reflowed the coils, and changed the fuse but I still have no picture on the screen.

What to do next.

If you search the forum there is some info available
eg. It appears that Vsc is missing. There will be a slip similar to the one I've attached stuck on the back of the plasma panel giving the voltages for your set.
