I don't quite understand the label... it says 610W for the unit alone?
      Main rig:
      Gigabyte B75M-D3H
      Core i5-3470 3.60GHz
      Gigabyte Geforce GTX650 1GB GDDR5

I think the power supply is divided into two units. I'm not sure why but if i were to guess i'd say it might make it easier to service. (I think this might be a server PSU but i'm not 100% certain about that)

it's a hotswap unit, you have a pair running in parallel.
if one fails you pull it out and fit a spare without cutting the power.

i had some similar ones from Delta.

Free 24k btu, 220v ac with the remote and all working perfectly. The power cord is 12 gauge, absolutely mad.

Edit: Oh yeah, it's filthy because it was in a shed for awhile, stored right side up so compressor is all good. Also, as an hvac tech, you can just flip the compressor over and leave it there for 4 hours, it will be fine after that if it's been accidentally stored incorrectly. Now you know.

I need one of those for my tech room with 0.000000000000000000001% insulation in it.
Don't buy those $10 PSU "specials". They fail, and they have taken whole computers with them.

My computer doubles as a space heater.

the insulation will be cheaper than the electric bill.

Just found a machine that had:

                      ASUS P5GD2-VM/S - i915G, DDR2
Delta 200W PSU (that came from a SLOT 1 machine and had its wires butchered to fit the newer style 24 pin and 12v P4 connectors)

and some crappy mATX case filled with beans (yes, I found several beans in there.)

You guys get such good stuff, I'm jealous! But today, I was one of the first 250 customers at the opening of a new grocery store. I got:

A one pound package of sausage
1 dozen grade A large eggs
                        4-pack apple pastries from the grocery's deli/bakery
                        64 ounces orange juice ( = 0.5 gallon = 1.89 liters)
18-ounce bottle barbecue sauce (Montgomery Inn BBQ -- a local Cincinnati favorite!)

absolutely free. I know it's food, not computers or electronics, but it was free, and it doesn't have to be computers/electronics to be here. I can list free food.

Schneider SVC-216 (similar to my old 616, much to my surprise).

There's something wrong with it though - tapes won't spin when I press play, but will spin when rewinding or such.

Also it will only play the tape for about 3-5 seconds, then proceed to eject it.

                              Anybody know a fix?

Oh noes, don't tell me this was a proprietary Dell PSU from the PII/PIII era wired into a standard ATX PSU, lol.

While these proprietary PSUs are built extremely well (typically Japanese caps), they do have a few weaknesses - mainly the very low 5VSB rating and fairly low 12V rail rating.

Might just be the best find of that whole PC. Now put the beans in a flower pot and wait 'till they grow. When you get enough, you can make some bean soup (ciorba de fasoli? )

Wasn't a Dell PSU since it had the standard ATX pinout, except somebody hacked in a P4 12v connector AND the 4 pin detachable connector onto the main 20 pin.
