I have had this come into the workshop from a local ham, does anyone have a specification for it and hopefully a manual, service or otherwise.

input voltage is unusual - aircraft intended?

It's avionics all right. That is going to tough to find.

intended for use with clansman series, these tend to run off 24 volts, I believe also used in aviation coms.
