Hi,
This is Edimax router from my father in law, started making some problems. Opened it and found only 2 bulged caps
All caps are Suncap and Canicon (both found where in the hall of shame) with no extra markings.
I was thinking to replace those two, maybe all on that side but am not sure if caps should be low esr or regular?
Values are (right side, top to bottom):
2x Canicon 100uF 50V
2x Suncap 470uF 16V (bulged)
4x Canicon 47uF 16V
Local store has Panasonic FC and NHG and a couple of other lower quality brands like Yageo.
So, FC or NHG?
