led is just flashing no power up.







looks like a luxon cap failure? bulging 10uf 250v but thats an 85oC cap so maybe other damage?

Flashing LED, LED turning from green to amber immediately after power up or ticking sound are symptoms of power supply overload. That usually means something is shorted. It can be shorted HOT or something other. That bulged cap might be the cause - and there might be other bad caps (with no bulging).

this one goes to rapid flashing orange. thanks for the info...i didnt really want a big job
