Hi
I have a 19 inch samsung LCD monitor which turns on ok, with power lights going and no signal message on screen. However as soon as I plug the VGA cable into the monitor, the backlights switch off and the monitor seems to just shut down. I have opened the monitor up and checked the capacitors. Most are Samxon and none of them are bulged. I have removed four of the large samxon capacitors from the low voltage side of the power supply and checked these on an RCL meter, all of them tested ok. Any ideas where to go now?
Thanks
Ed
