PETRONAS-14 REV 1.4 wont power up

the U25 Chip starts to heat up when the power button is pressed but no response the pin 6 VTT3_VCCP_PWROK is not present what maybe the cause of this problem is it bios problem?

is the Mob power up & no image ? VTT3_VCCP_PWROK U24 pin 6 comes from a pulldown Resester R435 10K 3,3V test it if not present test Q65 Drain for P3.3V
3.3V ALW 5V ALW ?
VREG3 VGEG present?
U11 pin 65 RSMRST# ?

pin 6 VTT3_VCCP_PWROK this is a Switching power only it comes in S0 state off in S3-S5
check if you have P12.0V ALW ?
U11 pin 65 RSMRST# ? you dident answer
test U11 pin 8 for 3.3V
U11 VCC1PIN 14 VCC2 PIN 49 FOR 3.3V

I dont have p12.0v_alw i only have 3v on r459

u11 pin 8 has 2.4v
pin 14 and 49 has 3.3v

my misstake not pin 8 of U11 that's pin 65 & 64 for 3.3V, no Voltage in pin 65 Mob will not pass S3 state , 12V is missing test c1019 or R381 for 12V i cannot find the starting point of the 12V Rail may be anothe member can help IT SHOULD COME FROM PAGE 40 OF SCHEMATIC

U25 heats up if it has too much current drawn. Resistance to GND on VREG3 and VREG5? Same LL1 and LL2?

12V source is shown in page 41 down right corner. Q67 & ZD1
