LG LM290WW2 No Display MPS6142 Blown

Trying to find a compatible IC to replace the MPS6142 that is blown on the board.

    34UM60/29UM60/29UM59A EAX67451201 (1.1)

If anyone has a datasheet for the board or the IC that would be helpful too. I'm not finding anything

    Thanks.

It looks like MPS164?, please verify.
    MPS1642 has less pins.

I do not think your IC is MPS1642.
Are you sure the last digit is '2'?
How about the next line, MP33??

          what about
          https://pdf1.alldatasheet.com/datash...S/MP3378E.html

The second number is MP33, some number, 8, and im pretty sure the last is an E. Unless there are more numbers under the scorched areas. The missing number looks like a 4 in the negative image I added to this post.

I believe that these IC's have a design flaw where they burn up in exactly the same place as in the picture above. Worse still is when they burn the tracks away and carbonise the circuit board.

The one with "8E" is not compatible with the burned IC parts. Because the "8E" has 12 pins each side, while the burned IC has 14 pins each side. I have the same problem, identical with the model and burned IC. But mine shows the 3rd number which is "7". So it will be MPS337x "where X irepresents "8" or other number or maybe none.

                    Should be MP337x

Hello guys, here another dealing with a blown IC501 (mps3378e) in a LG TV (49lh5100).
I'm attaching a pic of my main board.
It seems a typical failure of this chip.

If any had replace it, please comment experience. I will try to replace it without replacing nothing more to see if works.
