FS Lifebook S 752 bios request

If anybody has working bios, please upload. Downloadable version is an capsule file - can not make sense of it to extract the dump...
The bios should be 4MB (chip is W25Q32).

If you use 7zip you can go inside the exe file and extract the dump from there.
How do you think everybody is doing here?

Some of them actually made a database with them but thats how they get them

Main and EC bios.

The exe file contains Intel capsule file, there is no way to get the binary dump from such a file. Or if you can, then let everybody know. I have attached the exe file. Inside is cap file - make it look like the main.bin and be a hero.

you can use 7-zip to extract files from an exe bios file.
