What makes high speed hdmi cables different in construction?

Everywhere I look for this answer I just keep running into the same thing about whether you can use standard hdmi cables with 4K TVs or not.

    What I know:
Standard hdmi cables support up to 1080i and could probably handle more
High speed hdmi cables support up to 1080p

But how do they differ to have different standards? Are the pinouts different or is it merely the construction internally? ie thicker cables to support more bandwidth?

i think they have more parallel channels in use - not actually faster.

look at references to "type-b" ?

Read same article but it doesn't say what makes the high speed cables different than the standard ones that might have issues with 4K content. Curious about the construction internally

look at the link, do the 4k ones have the same number of pins?

In that link is type B the “high speed” cables used for 4K or another type? If so it looks to have more pins than the standard cable. Guess that would be the difference?

                It's the same as a CAT5 vs CAT5e vs CAT6 vs CAT6A ethernet cables.
They are tested at higher frequencies, and to achieve those they are built better with each revision.

But how are they built better? Thicker wires than previous models or?

you dont need thickness, it's not current-drive.
shielding from external noise and crosstalk is the main difference-maker.

just like 13W3 is better than most modern "digital" crap.
