Samsung SP-R4212 Plasma Red Light

This plasma tv when plugged in only gets the red light with no response from the power buttons. Im seeing some rusted resistors on the power supply. Just wondering if there are common components for this model that fail.

You appear to have 3 red circular fuses on the power board. I cannot read the designated numbers. Have you check they are not open circuited?

I just checked for open circuit. All of them read good.

Anyway, i just re-seated the cables coming from the power supply to all of the other boards and it started working again. This made me think i had a cold solder joint but i hauled it back out and checked the soldered connections and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.
